I originally wanted to choose this shop as my go-to place for vehicle maintenance and repairs, but in the end, I may have to give up. I found that they have shortcomings in management and communication, which can easily lead to misunderstandings between the owner, employees, and customers.
However, I still believe this shop is worth visiting and recommending because they are genuinely friendly, work very hard, and Stephen, in particular, is very considerate of his customers.

Needed a starter replacement so I took my Jeep Cherokee to the local Jeep dealership. Not only did they charge me an outrageous fee, it took almost a month before they even worked on my car.
The starter failed again a day after I got my car back so I brought it to T&S. Stephen had it ready to go two days later and for half of the cost I was charged at the dealership.
A costly experience overall but in the end I’m grateful I found this shop. Highly recommended!
